Feed the Fasting at Masjid al-Aqsa
The Prophet (saw) said, ‘Whoever feeds a person breaking his fast will earn the same reward as him, without anything being lessened from the reward of the fasting person’.[Tirmidhi]
Why Give Iftars?
Giving iftar to those who attend prayers at Masjid al-Aqsa is considered an act of great virtue and reward in Islam. It is not only a means of fulfilling religious obligations but also an opportunity to extend charity and generosity to the less fortunate.
For many people who attend prayers at Masjid al-Aqsa, particularly those who are poor or homeless, the iftar provided by the mosque or by charitable individuals is their only source of food and sustenance during Ramadan. Your donation can help ensure that these individuals have access to food and can observe the rituals of Ramadan with dignity.
For just £10, you can provide a nutritious cooked iftar containing chicken, rice, dates, soup, fruits and water.
