• Inter aid uk is a trading name for “Zeenatul Quran”, a charity registered in England and Wales with charity number 1146508 (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’, ‘the charity’).
• We are a ‘Data Controller’ for the purposes of the current Data Protection Act 1998 and we will remain so under the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (‘GDPR’) and the legislation replacing the 1998 Act whilst undertaking charitable objects.
• We will comply with data protection law and principles, which means that your information will be:

  ·         Collected only for valid purposes that we have clearly explained to you and not used in any way that is incompatible with those purposes.

  We do not sell or otherwise transfer your details to any third parties. The only exception to this is when you are using our secure online donation pages you are going through to a secure payment provider approved by the banking industry.
  We will not provide your personal information to any third parties for the purpose of direct marketing, however, we may on occasion work with third parties to contact our donors and supporters about Madrasah Zeenatul Quran, however the third party would be bound by a confidentiality agreement which would prevent them from using this information for any other purpose. Further, they must process the personal data in accordance with this Privacy notice and as permitted by the GDPR, the Data Protection Act 1998 and subsequently the Data Protection Act 2018 (subject to royal assent), the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and the E-Privacy Regulations when it comes into effect.
